West Manor wanted to position itself as a destination resort, not just another hotel listing. The old site was a single-page brochure with no booking flow, no rich content for Pools / Dining / Activities / Events, and no way to capture group inquiries for weddings and corporate stays. Their guests were finding them through OTAs and paying commission on every direct fan that should've booked through the brand.
